| The ohope CREW 3/7/10 Well the game against the Whakatane Wolves took football to a new heights as far as junior soccer goes, for me as well as many of the other spectator. With the score line being 5 to 3 the game was just go go go, as many of the goals made some of the world cup goals pale in comparison. Plus the near misses were coming as fast, with the paint of the wood work saving the score line from being higher both ways. As far as entertainment value went it was a 10 out of 10 and I would have been just as happy if we had been the 3 and not the 5, but we did win and I am very proud of the way the Crew put so many good passing movements together. As a parent these sorts of games make the lost Saturday morning worth the time and effort we put in supporting our childern in their sport. I only hope we can do it again and finish the second part of the competition strongly. I would like thank the Parent for their good support their good sportsman ship and your all round helpfulness at practices and the games. EBOPJMC 2010
11th GRADE Premier Division Home teams are listed first. Duration of games is 50 minutes (25 minutes each half). Rules: Teams are nine players aside. Shinpads must be worn. Substitutions can be made, with the referee's consent. Normal rules of soccer apply. n.b. a team borrowing players from the opposition defaults the game. Eleventh grade is 'competitive', that is, a league points table will be kept. Results must be given to club delegates so they can be forwarded to the Results Officer on Sunday evening, or at the latest Monday following the match.
